On our precision lathes we manufacture turning workpieces of any type. You will always get a top product as result, whether we manufacture according to special customer wishes – for example while repairing or overhauling hydraulic cylinders – or produce a complete new cylinder.
We carry a very large piston bar deposit in different qualities: 20 MNV6 for normal duty and 42 CroMo 4 V for heavy duty. Hence we are able to manufacture from 12-70 mm to 6000 mm of length and 75-140 mm to 4000 mm of length in shortest time.

Piston bars
We have piston bars in the qualities 20 MnV6 and 42 CrMo4V in stock. This makes manufacturing of piston bars on a short notice possible, for use in e.g. building machines, fork lifts, industrial cylinder, mining/tunnel construction, municipal cylinder etc.
The application of the 1.4057 ranges for example from shipmotors, dairy to papermills.
